ESIC Faridabad Senior Resident Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for 43 Posts

ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad has released a recruitment notification under File No. 134/A/19/11/91/2025/Admin for 43 Senior Resident posts on a contractual basis across broad speciality departments. Selected doctors will receive monthly consolidated pay up to Rs 1,50,294. Eligible candidates with MBBS and post-graduate qualification or relevant experience can attend the walk-in interview on 9 October 2026.

Vacancies and Department Reservation Distribution

A total of 43 contractual vacancies have been announced across critical clinical divisions including ICU, NICU, and PICU. The category distribution across the department roster comprises 8 Unreserved UR posts, 13 OBC posts, 10 SC posts, 7 ST posts, and 5 EWS posts, making 43 positions in total. In case of non-availability of reserved category candidates, meritorious candidates may be offered engagement for a period of 39 days at the discretion of the appointing authority.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must fulfill medical standards as laid down by the National Medical Commission:

• Senior Resident: MBBS degree with MD, MS, or DNB in the concerned clinical speciality from a recognized institution.
• ICU Non-PG Resident: If post-graduate doctors do not appear for ICU vacancies, MBBS doctors with 02 years of experience (including one year in ICU, General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Casualty, or Anesthesia) from a recognized hospital may be considered for 01 year.
• Registration: Candidates must possess valid and updated medical registration with NMC or State Medical Council.

Age Limit and Relaxation Standards

The upper age limit is not exceeding 45 years as on 9 October 2026. Age relaxations apply to reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines.

Consolidated Pay, Security Deposit and Application Fee

Remuneration and financial provisions are fixed as follows:

• Senior Resident Pay: Consolidated pay equals Rs 1,50,294 per month as on the date of advertisement.
• Non-PG Resident Pay: Consolidated pay equals Rs 1,23,196 per month as on the date of advertisement.
• Security Deposit: Selected candidates must furnish a refundable security deposit of Rs 20,000 via Demand Draft in favor of ESI Fund Account No. 1 payable at Faridabad upon joining.
• Application Fee: Rs 500 for General and OBC categories via Demand Draft payable to ESI Fund Account No. 1 at Faridabad. SC, ST, regular ESIC employees, female, and PwD candidates are exempt from payment.

Selection Mode and Walk-in Interview Venue

Selection will be finalized through document scrutiny and personal interview:

• Venue: Examination Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, NH 3, NIT, Faridabad - 121001, Haryana.
• Verification Requirement: Only candidates clearing document verification by the scrutiny committee will proceed to the interview board.
• Private Practice: Private practice in any form is strictly prohibited during the tenure.

How to Apply and Walk-in Instructions

Eligible doctors must attend the walk-in session with the required paperwork:

1. Download the official application proforma attached with the recruitment notice from esic.gov.in.
2. Fill in personal details, academic achievements, medical council registration, and experience records legibly.
3. Assemble self-attested copies of Class 10th certificate for date of birth, MBBS mark sheets and degree, MD/MS/DNB certificates, registration proofs, and caste certificates.
4. Prepare the Demand Draft of Rs 500 (if applicable) favoring ESI Fund Account No. 1 payable at Faridabad.
5. Report at the Examination Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad on 9 October 2026 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
