Eligibility Criteria and Qualifying Pay Levels

Candidates must fulfill specific eligibility norms established for each administrative cadre:

• Assistant Registrar: This position will be filled only from retired employees not exceeding 65 years of age from Government of Odisha, Government of India, or reputed autonomous institutions who held a post in Pay Level 11, 12, 13 or 14 of Government of Odisha at the time of retirement.
• Section Officer: This position will be filled only from retired employees not exceeding 65 years of age from Government of Odisha, Government of India, or reputed autonomous institutions who held a post in Pay Level 7, 8, 9 or 10 of Government of Odisha at the time of retirement.

Consolidated Pay and Remuneration Scheme

The remuneration structure for appointed contractual officers is defined as follows:

• Assistant Registrar: Consolidated Pay of Rs 35,000 per month or adopting the methodology of pay minus pension scheme if recommended by the selection committee. No other allowances will be paid.
• Section Officer: Consolidated Pay of Rs 20,000 per month or adopting the methodology of pay minus pension scheme if recommended by the selection committee. No other allowances will be paid.

Selection Process and Interview Evaluation

• Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview based on scrutiny of submitted credentials and relevant administrative track record.
• Interview Venue: National Law University Odisha campus, Cuttack.
• TA/DA Policy: No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
