Eligibility
Qualification: SSLC/Matriculation or equivalent. Candidate must be a Combatant Ex-Agniveer of the Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force (Agniveervayu), Ex-serviceman, or Ex-Central Armed Police Forces (Ex-CAPF) personnel with at least 04 years of service and a discharge certificate. Combatant Agniveers of the first batch who have not yet completed their four-year engagement are also eligible. Candidate must also hold a valid two-wheeler driving license, to be uploaded in the "Any Other Relevant Certificates" field on the application portal.
Age limit: 30 years as on the last date of receipt of the application. Age relaxation as per GoI norms will be extended where applicable.
Essential competencies: Good physique, communication and interpersonal capabilities, and fluency in written and spoken English.
Pay and Tenure
Rs.35,000/- per month, consolidated. The engagement is purely temporary on a contract basis, initially for one year and renewable annually up to a maximum of five years, based on satisfactory performance. An annual increment of up to 10% is permissible, with a maximum of 4 such revisions.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises a Physical Efficiency Test and Trade Test, followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. It will be conducted at the Institute on a date to be notified later. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
