Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Essential: Graduate from a recognized university. Desirable: Post Graduation in Management.
Work Experience: 5+ years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in incubation management and the incubation ecosystem, with the ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, research institutions, industry experts, associations, chambers of commerce and industries, state and central government, and angel investors.
Age: Below 35 years as on the last date of submission of application. Relaxation permissible for deserving candidates.
Pay
Compensation is in the range of Rs.50,000 to Rs.75,000 per month, with relaxation as per industry standards permissible for deserving candidates.
Selection Process
- Applications received by the last date are first screened by a duly constituted Screening Committee against the advertised educational and other qualifications and experience.
- Screened-in candidates are called for a personal interview before a duly constituted Selection Committee on the scheduled date and time.
- The Selection Committee recommends the candidate or panel of candidates, in order of merit, for appointment.
