The Office of the Principal, Govt. Vocational Higher Secondary School (GVHSS), Tihidi, Bhadrak, has invited applications for temporary engagement of Guest Faculty in the CRM trade, on remuneration basis. Applicants must not have completed 65 years of age. Remuneration is Rs.400/- per class of 45 minutes, subject to a ceiling of 40 classes, that is up to Rs.16,000/- per month. Applications must reach the Principal's office on or before 28.09.2026.
Eligibility
Qualification: Degree/Diploma (minimum 3 years duration) in Hotel Management and Catering Technology or Hospitality and Hotel Administration, from an institute affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, State Board of Technical Education, or a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and two years of experience in industry or teaching.
Alternatively: MA or M.Sc. in Home Science with 55% marks (in Food and Nutrition / Nutrition and Dietetics / Institutional Management and Dietetics or equivalent), or B.Sc. (Home Science) with a one year certificate course in Food and Beverage Service / Food Production and one year of experience in the relevant trade.
Age: Applicants must not have completed 65 years of age.
Remuneration
Rs.400/- per class/lecture of 45 minutes' duration, subject to a ceiling of a maximum of 40 classes, with a monthly ceiling of Rs.16,000/- per month.
Tenure
The engagement is till closure of the school for summer vacation in 2027, or posting of a junior lecturer, whichever is earlier.
