Research Nurses will be posted at any of the 3 participating hospitals in Delhi (AIIMS, GTB hospital and LHMC).

Desirable: work experience in Obstetrics or Midwifery or Dept of Neonatology or Nursery, and basic computer skills to enter study data using electronic data capture systems. |
| Technician | B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognised University. OR DMLT from a recognised University with at least one (1) year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. |

Reservation and age relaxation
Upper age limit is 35 years for Research Nurse and 50 years for Technician and Field Worker. For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, the notice lists relaxation of 13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST. Ex-servicemen get relaxation up to the extent of service rendered in the defence forces plus 3 years, provided they have put in a minimum of 6 months attested service. Institute employees also get age relaxation as per the notice.

Selection is by written test, skill test or interview. If many candidates appear, screening will be done to limit the number of candidates.
