Eligibility

Education (essential): Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Management, Economics, Commerce or Law from a recognized institution.

Education (desirable): MBA or PGDM in Operations, Marketing, Business Analytics or Strategy; additional qualifications or certifications in Procurement, Product Management, Quality Management, Data Analytics, Six Sigma or Project Management; a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS); experience in Corporate Law, Company Law or Corporate Governance.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Vendor capability/compliance assessment, Quality Assurance and Certification, or Public Procurement.

Selection process

GeM’s selection committee reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interview. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not by itself guarantee shortlisting for interview.
