Eligibility

Procurement-Senior Consultant (02 posts): Master’s in Supply Chain/Public Procurement/Project Management/MBA or equivalent, all courses full-time. Minimum seven years in government procurement, including audits, tendering, contract negotiation and compliance. Desirable: experience with GeM portal, CPPP, and World Bank/ADB procurement procedures.

Legal Consultant (02 posts): Bachelor of Laws (LLB/BA LLB), full-time course. Minimum two years of post-qualification experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in healthcare, government, or public sector institutions. Desirable: experience in arbitration, institutional compliance audits, policy drafting, contract management, and accreditation related legal frameworks.

IT Technical-Senior Consultant (01 post): Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA)/M.Sc (IT)/M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized institution, full-time. Minimum seven years of experience in IT support roles within healthcare or institutional settings. Desirable: working knowledge of hospital software systems, network administration, hardware troubleshooting and user training/documentation support.

Architect Consultant (02 posts): Master’s degree in architecture, full-time. Minimum two years of professional experience in architectural design, spatial layouts, or institutional infrastructure projects. Desirable: proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, COA registration and knowledge of NBC, UDCPR and accessibility norms.

Hospital Quality Management-Consultant (02 posts): Master’s in Hospital Administration/Public Health, full-time. Minimum two years of experience in hospital quality/management, with experience getting a hospital accredited in NABH/JCI system of accreditation. Desirable: experience in facility audits, SOP development and institutional accreditation (NABH, JCI).
