Why the Consultant (Civil) post asks for a retired Executive Engineer
This is not an entry-level opening. The Technical Assistant (HVAC) post pays Rs. 29,200 per month, has a maximum age limit of 35 years, and its initial engagement runs for one year, extendable based on performance.
