SSC MTS and Havaldar Result 2026 Out: Additional Result PDF for PET/PST

The Staff Selection Commission has declared an additional result of the Computer Based Examination of the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025. This result shortlists candidates for the PET/PST for the post of Havaldar. The notice is dated 7 October 2026.

Why an additional result

The Commission declared the CBE result on 3 August 2026 to shortlist candidates for the PET/PST for the post of Havaldar. A total of 8071 candidates (including 02 withheld) were shortlisted then.

As per Para 09 of that result write up, the result of 727 candidates was not processed due to suspected malpractices in the CBE, as per Para 20 of the Notice of Examination.

The issue was taken by some aggrieved candidates before the CAT-PB. In implementation of the partial relief granted by the CAT-PB, the Commission decided to process the result of these 727 candidates.

Selection status of the 727 candidates

• 542 candidates have been shortlisted for PET/PST for the post of Havaldar. Their list is in the result PDF.
• The candidature of all 542 candidates has been kept withheld on account of suspicious activities/malpractices.
• The result of 15 more candidates from the 727, who have also been shortlisted for PET/PST, has been kept in sealed cover due to pending police investigation.
