Selection Process, Exam Pattern and Shortlisting Criteria

The selection will be finalized through research scrutiny and personal interview:

1. Application Screening: Verification of postgraduate degree percentages, CSIR-UGC NET / GATE credentials, and previous laboratory synthesis experience.

Project Scope and Academic Opportunities

The project focuses on developing cost-effective green catalytic materials for wastewater treatment and renewable energy storage. Appointed fellows will have full access to university instrumentation centers housing powder X-ray diffractometers (XRD) and scanning electron microscopes (SEM), with eligibility to enroll in the university Ph.D. program. Fellows will conduct chemical synthesis experiments, analyze reaction kinetics, and characterize organic light-emitting polymers. Candidates will prepare quarterly project review dossiers for HSCST evaluators and assist in coordinating national chemistry symposiums hosted at the Sonepat university campus.
