Eligibility
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) from a recognized College/University.
Experience: Must have at least 15 years post qualification experience as on 01/10/2026, including 03 years in ash utilization/ash management, preferably in a thermal power plant or an industry handling ash and ash management.
Age: Maximum 50 Years as on 01/10/2026.
Candidates with less than 06 months of work experience in any organisation will not have that period counted while considering total years of experience.
Pay and Benefits
Fixed CTC of Rs.19,00,000/- per annum, with variable pay of up to 19% of Fixed CTC in the grade. Other allowances and reimbursements will be paid as per OPGC policy applicable to the grade. Compensation is on Market Based Salary (MBS) structure and performance-based service conditions.
Selection Process
Assessment of short-listed candidates will be made through Personal Interview only. Meeting the qualification criteria does not by itself entitle a candidate to be shortlisted for interview. No Travel Allowance will be reimbursed for attending the interview.
