Pay scale
Rs. 30,000/- - 3% - 1,20,000/-. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 35% of the annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity and PRP will be part of the remuneration package as per Company rules.
Tenure and place of posting
The tenure of engagement is 15 years, renewable every 5 years, or the date of superannuation (60 years of age), whichever is earlier, based on individual performance and project requirements. Posting shall be at PAN-India Project Site locations as per company requirement.
Selection process
Selection will be through a written test, followed by an interview for only those candidates who qualify in the written test, in a ratio of 1:7 as per the vacancy in the category.
