Selection Process, CBT Pattern, Syllabus and Interview Stages

The provisional selection of candidates will be as per the merit list prepared on the basis of performance in Computer Based Test and Interview.

If the Computer Based Test is held in more than one session, scores across various sessions will be equated to adjust for slight differences in difficulty level.

A candidate is allowed to appear only once in the Computer Based Test for a post advertised under the specific recruitment.

In case more than one call letter has been generated, candidates are advised to appear only once for one post on the date and time mentioned on the respective call letter.

Pay Scale and Salary Structure by Post Level

Manager posts under Group-A E-3 level carry the pay scale of Rs.60000 - 3% - 180000.

Junior Executive posts under Group-B E-1 level carry the pay scale of Rs.40000 - 3% - 140000.

In addition to Basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic pay, HRA and other benefits are admissible under AAI rules.

Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification Overview

For Manager posts, the maximum age limit is 32 years as on 07.09.2026.

For Junior Executive posts, the maximum age limit is 27 years as on 07.09.2026.

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates.

Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PwBD candidates with permanent disability.

Exam Day Guidelines, Biometric Capture and Prohibited Items

During Application Verification or interview, the candidate will have to produce Original Certificates along with a proof of identity.

Biometric data of the candidates will be captured at the examination hall and the same will be verified at any stage to ascertain identity.

Carrying mobile phones or similar electronic devices of communication in the examination hall or assessment area is strictly prohibited.

Selected candidates will be liable to be posted anywhere in India.
