OMR based Written Examination for the post of Driver/Driver-II/Driver Grade-II Result 2026

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) notified the result and score sheet of the OMR based written examination for Driver, Driver-II and Driver Grade-II, Various Departments, on 28 October 2026. The examination was held on 18 October 2026.

The Board issued a provisional answer key after the exam and then notified the revised final answer key on 28 October 2026. The score sheet is based on how candidates performed in the written test and is attached to the notice as Annexure A. Annexure A is a list of roll numbers, names, parentage and scores. Being on that list is not the end of the process: the Board says other eligibility conditions still have to be met, and its decision on this is final.

How to check the result

The result is published as a PDF on the Board's website, www.jkssb.nic.in. Annexure A on page 3 of the notice lists each candidate by serial number, roll number, name, parentage and score. The notice does not print a total number of qualified candidates.

What happens next

• JKSSB will call candidates falling in the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them, for Document Verification.
• Mere figuring in the result/score sheet shall not entitle a candidate to be called for document verification or figure in the select list.
• The schedule for Document Verification shall be notified separately.

Final answer key

The final answer key notice dated 28 October 2026 says 201 objections were received. A candidate whose objection is found genuine or correct as per the revised or final answer key will get the refund. It also states that no further claims in respect of the final answer key shall be entertained.
