Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
Candidates shall possess the prescribed educational qualifications and experience as on the respective crucial dates specified in the advertisement.
Mere possession of the prescribed essential qualification and experience shall not confer any right upon a candidate to be called for the Written Test, Interview and/or Skill Test.
Candidates must possess Ph.D, M.E./M.Tech, B.E./B.Tech, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma in Engineering, ITI (NTC/NAC), or full-time MBA in relevant disciplines from recognized Universities or Boards. Work experience acquired prior to obtaining the prescribed essential qualification will not be counted.

Consolidated Pay and Remuneration
SAMEER invites applications from eligible candidates for contract positions under its various projects at Mumbai / Navi Mumbai, on a consolidated remuneration basis.

Selection Procedure and Stages

The selection process shall comprise the following stages, as applicable: Stage-1 : Screening based on Minimum Academic Qualification: Marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying degree/diploma/ITI/Vocational Certificate shall be considered for screening/shortlisting, wherever applicable.
Selection will be carried out in stages: Stage-1 academic screening based on qualifications and marks; Stage-2 online written test CBT or in-person mode; and Stage-3 online interview and mandatory in-person interview or skill test. Qualifying marks in written test and interview stages are 50% and above.
Written Test Syllabus and Scheme
Stage-2 : Written Test: Where prescribed, the Written Test may be conducted online through CBT or in- person.
The syllabus for the written exam will follow the general curriculum/syllabus of government run universities / colleges prescribed for the particular engineering / science / graduate course exams for the respective posts advertised.
The written examination will assess technical knowledge in the respective domain engineering discipline, physics, electronic mechanics, instrumentation, and general aptitude. Written tests are conducted where specified under Category-A and Category-C posts.
In-Person Interview and Skill Test
Stage-3(b) : In-Person Interview: The In-Person Interview shall be mandatory for selection.
Final selection shall be based on in-person interview and/or skill test-interaction marks only, as applicable.
The in-person interview is mandatory for final selection of candidates. Shortlisted candidates must appear at the interview venue at SAMEER Powai Mumbai along with their original certificates, marks sheets, and identity proofs.

No.: | 10/2026 Page 5 of 11 2.10 Documents required for verification at the time of in-person interview / skill test: The following documents are to be carried and presented for verification by the candidate at the time of in-person interview and/or skill test.
Candidates should bring one set of self-attested photocopies of all documents for submission along with originals at the time of verification.
Candidates must produce printout of submitted application form, proof of date of birth, educational certificates from 10th standard onwards, caste / category certificates, PwBD certificates, experience certificates, and valid photo ID proofs during document verification.
Reservation and Quota Guidelines
(b) OBC (NCL): OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the Central Government format, issued by the competent authority and valid as on the closing date of the advertisement.
(d) Ex-Servicemen: Discharge Certificate / Pension Payment Order (PPO), or a certificate from the competent authority showing the period of military service.
