  • If still unavailable, an eligible candidate from the nearest ward within the Panchayat can be considered with requisite departmental approval.

• Age Bracket: Only female candidates in the age group of 18 to 37 years as on 01 January 2026 are eligible.

Salary Structure and Application Fee

Monthly Honorarium

Selected Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) are engaged on an honorarium basis under the Centrally Sponsored Mission POSHAN scheme. Appointees will receive a monthly consolidated honorarium in Rs. per month as approved and sanctioned under Government of Jammu and Kashmir Social Welfare Department guidelines. This position does not carry regular government pay scale scales or standard allowances.

2. Print the application form (Annexure 'A') on a standard A4 sheet.
