Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

All essential qualifications must be completed on or before the first date of online application that is 16 October 2026. The applicant must have proficiency in Bengali and local dialect. Candidates who acquired degrees through government affiliated distant learning courses or open universities are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Interview and Practical Evaluation

For Multi Rehabilitation Worker, final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in academic qualification, experience and Interview. Candidates for the Thalassaemia Staff Nurse post at Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay Government Medical College & Hospital appear for an interview carrying 15 marks. Computer test is conducted for Pharmacist, Senior Treatment Supervisor, TBHV, and Block Data Manager posts to verify computer operations.

Reservation and Category Guidelines

Reservation benefits and age concessions are admissible only to candidates holding certificates issued on or before the first date of online application by competent authorities of West Bengal. Appropriate certificate as mentioned in the updated 100-point roster published by the Labour Department, Government of West Bengal vide Memo No: Labr/85-Emp/EC/1M-01/2025 dated 25.05.2026 will only be accepted. Only digitized caste / PWD certificate will be accepted and no hand-written caste / PWD certificate will be accepted. EWS certificate issued on or before the first date of online application by the competent authorities of West Bengal will only be accepted.

2. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete application forms are liable to be cancelled.
3. If proper signature and photograph is not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also be cancelled.
4. Last date of submission of Online Application: 11:59 PM IST of 31st October 2026.
5. Hard copy / Print copy of online registration form must be downloaded and retained by all applicants for document verification purpose.
6. No need to send hard copy / print copy of the online registration form by post as it will not be entertained.

Documents Required for Verification

Shortlisted applicants called for verification must present original certificates alongside self-attested photocopies and the printed application form:

• Hard copy / Print copy of online registration form must be downloaded and should be retained by all applicants for document verification purpose.
• Original documents in support of candidature will be verified during the session on verification of testimonials, if shortlisted.
• In addition to the original documents, candidates must also bring the printout of application form along with photocopies of supporting documents at the time of verification.
• All the post qualification experience certificates issued and stamped by the appropriate authority starting from oldest to latest mentioning the dates of working period.
