Disability and KGBV experience get their own lines, ahead of the marksheet table
Before the education table, the form has a separate line for disability status and a separate line asking the candidate to state her experience specifically inside a KGBV (question 11 asks for "vuqHko ds0th0ch0oh0", experience at a KGBV). A candidate who has already worked in any Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya should fill this line rather than folding it into a general work-history answer, since the form treats it as a distinct field.
How the marksheet table is laid out, row by row

None of these figures appear on the application-form pages of the official PDF that we were able to read, so they are reported here as the aggregator's figures, not as confirmed facts from the notice.
