Details 

The temporary contractual engagement is subject to the fulfillment of following
conditions-
The engagement is purely. contractual and temporary for the period from June’2020 to Nov’2020. The Candidates found eligible for engagement after due scrutiny to the aforesaid posts are not entitled to get any DA or any other allowances except the monthly consolidated remuneration as indicated above.

The Candidates so engaged shall not claim for further engagement or financial benefits/ assistance after the disengagement period, that is beyond 30.11.2020.

All Candidates applying for the posts of Temporary Launch Driver must possess minimum 2nd class Launch Driving certificates.

Engagement of temporary boat crew shall be given for operational boats only @ one Launch Driver and one Khalasi per boat including the regular boat crew,if any,available in Puri district.

The Candidates applying for the posts of Launch Driver should have technical test by the District Level Committee with the help of State Port Engineer/ Junior Engineer (Mechnical) of SPEO or Local Fire Officer / Assistant Fire Officer. Candidates who qualify in the test shall only be considered for engagement of the above contractual post.

 Fresh candidates applying for the post of Temporary Boat Khalasi should have passed minimum Class VII .

The Candidates should submit a self declaration that they can swim in river, canal or any water body for a distance of 200 mtrs. in 20 minutes and they will be responsible for themselves in case of any unfortunate incident.

The appointment will be valid from the date of joining of the candidate till 30.11.2020.

The Candidates shall have to submit their filled-in application in the prescribed format enclosed herewith on or before 04.06.2020 at District Emergency Section, Collectotrate, Puri either through Registered post or at Drop Box kept in Section.  The engagement of suitable candidate shall be finalized through the District Level

Selection Committee constituted for the purpose whose decision is final in the matter of selection of suitable candidate for temporary engagement.
